Storage Master Self Storage has created this policy page for the user to be more fully aware of how we conduct our transactions online. If you have questions or concerns regarding these policies, you should first contact us by e-mail at

Storage Master Self Storage is in the business of renting space for self storage. You, the client/customer, must already have a storage unit with us in order to use our web site to conduct transactions. To obtain a storage unit, you must be present in person at the storage facility to view, inspect, approve and authorize the actual unit that you would be renting and fill out and endorse the contract for said rental. After you are now in possession of your unit, you may create an account that allows you to pay for the unit on a month to month basis using the web. At any time you may, send in a check or speak to a customer service representative in person or on the phone during business hours to take advantage of a variety of payment and service options. Payment options available at the physical office include; cash, check, credit and debit cards, along with other extended payment options not available online.

Our online payment system through eDomico allows you to pay for your monthly rent only via the web. Our online payment system is a convenience, not a requirement; hence Storage Master Self Storage is not responsible for your timeliness of payment. Rent is always due on the first (1st) of each month and the late fee will be assessed on the tenth (10th) of each month. If the tenth (10th) of the month falls on a Sunday, Monday or holiday, payment must be made no later than the prior business day, (usually the ninth (9th) but could be earlier depending upon the calendar) and to ensure that your payment is processed on the day that you choose, the payment must be accepted thirty (30) minutes prior to close of the business day. Storage Master normal business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed Sundays, Mondays and major holidays. Christmas and New Year's Eves close at 2:00 pm. There are only two (2) variations that are allowed for purchase. You may pay for the current month's rent, or pay for the current month's rent and the following month's rent. There are no partial payments, no "special deals" and no paying for multiple months in advance online. Anything other than the two allowed payment options must be performed with a customer service representative.

A refund can only be performed after your unit is vacated. You must fill out our vacate form or a suitable notice of vacating the unit. We must also verify that your unit is actually empty by physically inspecting said unit. Storage Master does not prorate the remaining partial portion of the months' rent. Storage Master does refund any full prepaid months by sending the former tenant a check from our main office within 30 days to the last known mailing address as specified in writing. You may specify a new address on your vacate form on the "new address" section of the form at the time of termination. Full months rent are defined as a complete amount of funds for the scheduled amount of rent based on charging from the first of the month to the first of the following month. Storage Master prorates the tenant into the month upon origination of contract to make the rent due on the first of every month. We do not offer the "anniversary" version of a payment schedule. Rent that was acquired through the use of "Free" month options or promotions possess no cash value. You can not cash in a "Free" months' payment for actual funds.
